Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing practice in Warwick, Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base as the practice expands to add a second provider.
You will have the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative environment with strong hygiene support and access to modern technology. This role is ideal for a provider with approximately 2+ years of experience who is confident working independently while continuing to grow clinically.

Practice Overview:
- 4 operatories shared between providers
- 3 dedicated hygiene operatories
- Fully digital workflow (Eaglesoft)
- Growing practice with strong hygiene support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry care
- Diagnose and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with hygiene and clinical team members
- Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Rhode Island dental license (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Collaborative and patient-focused mindset
