Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Location: 4015 SHOPTON ROAD, Charlotte, NC, USA, 28217
Allmed Benefits: Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, Health Insurance and 401(k)
Pay Rate: $20/hr (Paid Weekly)
Contract: 03/29/2026 to 06/26/2026
Schedule:
  • 2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM EST
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs
  • Schedule may vary as needed

Position Summary
The Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse and inventory operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for handling inventory, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining proper storage and organization of pharmaceutical products and supplies. The ideal candidate has experience in a production or packing environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.
Team Environment
This position is part of a team of approximately 20 warehouse workers, working collaboratively to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inventory and warehouse duties, including proper storage of medications and supplies
  • Ensure appropriate handling and refrigeration of perishable products
  • Prepare daily shipment boxes and packaging materials
  • Create, update, or correct shipping labels as needed
  • Transport packages to shipping, mail, and courier areas
  • Monitor prescription drug inventory within the pharmacy computer system
  • Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy of shipments
  • Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain proper organization and storage of inventory
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with order processing
  • Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring all required materials are included
  • Support equipment monitoring and basic calibration as needed
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced, production-focused environment

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a warehouse, production, or packing environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

  • Self-motivated with a production-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
