Our client is a high-volume, patient-focused dental practice seeking a skilled and bilingual Dental Front Office Assistant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage a busy multi-provider calendar
- Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and process claims
- Collect co-pays, post payments, and manage accounts receivable
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate treatment plans and assist with patient financial arrangements
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of dental front office experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume practice
