We're looking for an experienced Interim Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic Practice Hub, where quality, learning, and impact sit at the heart of everything we do. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence practice across the Trust and help ensure consistently strong outcomes for children and young people.
Our Quality Assurance systems are well-established, respected, and continuously evolving. Through our Practice Hub, we deliver a robust programme of: • Practice evaluations • Trust Leadership Team (TLT) audits • Intelligence-led thematic and diagnostic audits • Service-level audits These are strengthened by meaningful feedback from children, families, and partners - giving us a rich, real-time picture of practice and driving continuous improvement.
