As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you’ll help ForgeFit grow by contacting potential clients, responding to inquiries, and guiding gym owners through the buying process. What You’ll Do
Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to warm leads Conduct virtual consultations via phone, video, and email Educate potential customers on ForgeFit’s product offerings and value Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and close sales Collaborate with fulfillment and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets What We’re Looking For
1+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or fitness/health-related a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus What We Offer
