项目协调员Project Coordinator

负责电子电器类产品的国外买家项目协调跟进任务，通常包括以下几个方面：

• 1.维护客户，根据客户的测试要求，收集公司内部的测试方案及价格，整理报价给客户 Maintain customer relationships by gathering internal testing schemes and pricing based on client testing requirements, and provide organized quotations to clients.
• 2.跟进订单进度，并根据客户要求定期收集项目状态并反馈给客户 Follow up on order progress and collect project statuses at regular intervals as per client requirements, then provide feedback to clients.
• 3.检查发出的报告中非技术内容的正确性，确保文件内容规范且完整 Review non-technical content in the issued reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documents.
• 4.协同内部同事，确保紧急订单得到及时处理。在必要时，与客户讨论并实施改进措施。Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure urgent orders are processed promptly. When necessary, discuss and implement improvement measures with clients.
• 5.和客户保持订单上的必要沟通联系 Maintain necessary communication with clients regarding orders.

• 1.外语, 国际贸易等专业本科学历Bachelor degree or above in foreign language, foreign trade, international trade and similar major.
• 2. 1-2年相关外贸业务相关经验，有与国外客户直接沟通经验1-2 years of relevant foreign trade business related experience, with direct communication experience with foreign customers.
• 3. 愿意挑战新的知识领域，有较强的学习能力Willing to challenge new areas of knowledge and have strong learning skill.
• 4.良好的商务英语读写，简单听说能力CET-6 以上，Good command of English, especial technical English ,
• 5. 有团队合作精神，能在压力下工作Team work spirit and able to work under pressure.
• 6. 良好的客户沟通及项目跟进能力Good customer communication and project follow-up ability.
• 7. 具备组织能力和时间管理能力，能够在多任务环境中独立完成工作Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of independently completing tasks in a multitasking environment.
