Guitar Technician

As a Guitar Technician at Guitar Center, you’ll use your hands-on luthiery and repair skills to set up, maintain, and repair acoustic and electric guitars and basses for customers of all levels. In this Retail Skilled Labor role, you’ll diagnose issues with playability, intonation, electronics, and hardware, performing professional setups, fretwork, and adjustments to meet Guitar Center standards. Partnering closely with sales associates, you’ll help customers choose and customize the right instruments, while contributing to a vibrant, inclusive culture where passion for music and craftsmanship thrive.
