- Associate’s Degree in Nursing for experienced candidates
- BSN for new graduates
- NYS RN license required
- Bilingual Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali or Spanish required
- CCM preferred
- 1 year of RN experience in managed care, home care, acute care or nursing home preferred
