Network Engineer Permanent - Up to £80,000 Farnborough - fully on site Security Clearance : It is an essential requirement for candidates to obtain UK Security Clearance (DV Level) prior to appointment. We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support advanced and secure network environments for a high-profile client. This role involves working across cutting-edge WAN and data centre technologies, contributing to the design, deployment and ongoing support of complex network architectures. Key Responsibilities
Design, build and support WAN and SD-WAN network solutions Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including OSPF and BGP Implement secure network solutions including VPNs (IKEv2) and next-generation Firewalls Work from and contribute to High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) Deliver modern data centre architectures (Spine-Leaf, EVPN, BGP, Geneve) Support and integrate High Assurance IP Encryptors (HAIPE) Deploy and troubleshoot VMware NSX environments Work with whitebox networking technologies (eg Mellanox, Cumulus Linux, NVIDIA) Support network automation using tools such as Ansible and Terraform Contribute to scalable, automated and orchestrated network deployments
