Location: West London Full-Time | Temp to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a professional and friendly team covering sites across West London.
This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity working within a mobile grounds maintenance team alongside an experienced Team Leader. The role involves maintaining a variety of high-end residential developments, office blocks, and court premises to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and pruning
* General grounds and landscape maintenance
* Leaf clearance and litter picking
* Maintaining communal outdoor areas
* Using grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively
* Travelling between multiple sites daily with the team
Requirements:
* Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
* Full UK driving licence advantageous
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
