£35,000 (DOE) Competitive benefits package Supporting a specialist retail business with expert customer service Our client, TGS Outdoors Ltd, is a well-established retailer within the shooting and country sports sector, offering a wide range of firearms, clothing, accessories and related products. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail and customer service experience who enjoys working within a specialist environment and delivering a high standard of service. Sales Assistant, the role: Selling within the retail shop, including clothing, accessories and shooting products Providing knowledgeable and unbiased product advice to customers Handling customer enquiries in person, via telephone and email Supporting the booking of firearms into registers for sale, storage and repair Delivering a high level of customer service at all times Working collaboratively within a close-knit team environment Supporting the wider operation of the shop as required Sales Assistant, the person:
