Impact tool-set – built on top of Salesforce – primarily the relationship tool that different groups within UHC use to track interaction with provider groups (can vary – on network side, network engagement managers will use to log interactions, schedule, give detail about interaction, people in provider operations will use when they get calls about issues/triage/troubleshoot, contractors are not using heavily currently but want them to use this tool more so overall want to centralize engagement) Hasn’t been funded for any large development over the past few years – has been on operational budget for last 7-8 years Want to re-vamp the backend of the tool and user interface Over the last 4-5 months have found various pain points and built out 4-5 main categories/personas Need this person to go through the data and deliver insights Really need this person to have Salesforce Brand standards are in place and have a working design system – so don’t need to execute through hi-fi (def more UX vs UI) Will be the sole UX designer on this project and need to be comfortable doing so 100% remote (EST or CDT hours) Checking with UX team: If they are open to other tooling outside of Figma (ie. Sketch, Axure, Invision) What they want to see in portfolio / case studies: UI/UX designer with experience building wireframes for multiple user bases Knowledgeable with Salesforce; we strongly prefer to use Salesforce-native features vs.
