Coordinate schedules and training for sales team. Maintain supply of sales presentation materials, including slides, and brochures. Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers. Track quotas and goals of sales team members. Coordinate with Finance team to verify timely invoicing, accounts receivable tasks, and collections. Develop and maintain knowledge of products, customers, and administrative processes. Work with other departments to coordinate marketing, research, design, and financing to optimize sales. Coordinate project booking for sales team. Supports integration and consistent activity with CRM pipeline software WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of construction sales administration experience preferred. Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office required. Excellent customer service and follow up skills. Ability to escalate difficult inquiries or problems to managers. Strong written and verbal skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
