The Opportunity As a Financial Advisor, you will deliver expert, tailored financial planning advice to clients across pensions, investments, protection and broader wealth planning. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, conduct detailed research, and provide recommendations that align with both regulatory standards and best practice. This role offers the chance to inherit and develop existing client relationships while also working with a steady flow of new opportunities generated by the business. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality financial advice in line with regulatory standards, internal procedures, and best practice. Build trusted, long-term client relationships through a professional and client-focused approach. Identify and address a broad range of financial planning needs, helping clients achieve their personal and financial goals. Manage and develop an existing client portfolio while maximising opportunities from qualified leads provided by the business. Grow assets under management and contribute to wider business growth through proactive relationship management and excellent service delivery. Conduct detailed research and analysis to ensure recommendations are suitable, appropriate, and aligned to client objectives. About You An ambitious financial advisor who is motivated by growth, client outcomes, and long-term career progression. Proven experience managing and developing client relationships within financial planning or wealth management. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and grow revenue. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax-efficient planning, and holistic financial planning. A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a growing, evolving business. Qualifications & Experience QFA qualified at a minimum Ideally over 3 years experience in financial advisory or related roles. Strong understanding of financial regulations, market developments, and industry best practice. Comfortable using financial planning tools and technology. Leadership capability and the ability to mentor junior advisors would be advantageous.
