Digital Marking Manager We are currently partnering with a training organisation based in Drogheda that is seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to join its team. This is a hands-on role focused on driving demand generation, sales growth, and conversion performance across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organisations brand story, building trust with prospective learners, and creating a seamless journey for self-enrolment, enquiries, and conversions. The role will have ownership of performance across Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot marketing automation, content and webinar campaigns, and landing page optimisation. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be entrusted with both the execution and continuous improvement of the companys digital marketing systems and processes. Salary €80,000 + Performance Bonus Location: Louth Responsibilities: Increased qualified leads, sales, and conversion rates across certified programmes, online courses, customised training, and membership. A clearer, more compelling website narrative and landing page experience that builds trust and drives action. Measurable improvement in campaign efficiency and funnel performance Own and optimise Google Ads (search-focused): keyword strategy, campaign build, ad copy testing, landing page alignment, budget pacing, reporting, and continuous optimisation. ? Ensure tracking and reporting support decision-making. Lead the plan to improve the website story such as page journeys, messaging hierarchy, proof points, and calls-to-action that move users to self-enrol or enquire. Build and iterate on landing pages and site content in partnership with internal copywriting. Run CRO improvements: messaging tests, form optimisation, trust signals, and conversion pathways. Own HubSpot marketing execution Improve lifecycle journeys for key audiences across all product lines. Lead SEO strategy and execution. Build and promote content that converts. Translate business priorities into a clear quarterly marketing plan. Work closely with Directors and internal stakeholders to align priorities, messaging, and execution. Manage a significant paid budget, with scope to scale based on returns. Track ROI, document learnings, and adjust spend and priorities based on performance. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a hands-on digital marketing / growth / demand generation role. Strong capability in Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, Landing Pages/CRO Commercial mindset: comfortable tying activity to leads, conversion, and revenue. Strong judgement on messaging and quality Experience producing and promoting content marketing, including webinars. Highly organised and able to run multiple priorities without losing momentum. Experience in marketing training, education, membership models, or professional services. Experience developing brand voice and messaging frameworks.
