*Role Description*
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join our Los Angeles team. In this hybrid, full-time role, you will handle a substantive caseload from day one — drafting and arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, managing discovery, and appearing in court. You'll work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to prepare cases for trial or settlement.
*Qualifications*
* Active California State Bar license in good standing
* Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong focus on discovery, motion practice (drafting, filing, and oral argument)
* Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions
* Courtroom experience including hearings and trials; familiarity with applicable local rules
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across a team
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
