The Role We are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role will suit someone with a strong interest in shooting sports and a desire to work in a customer-focused retail environment. Youll be helping customers find the right equipment and offering guidance based on their needs and experience levels.
Key Responsibilities Supporting customers with the purchase of shotguns, rifles, airguns, ammunition, and accessories Booking in new and second-hand guns, managing sales listings (including Guntrader) Advising on servicing and repair options Helping manage stock levels and ordering across product lines Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers Answering phone and email enquiries in a professional, timely manner Assis...
