Role Profile: As theTechnical Manager (HVAC/Controls),you will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing the Controls Team (10 reports), ensuring the efficient delivery of electronic controls, embedded software, and digital functionality across the companys ventilation product portfolio. The role centers on team leadership, resource planning, workload management, and work package definition, ensuring that engineering capability is used effectively to meet project, compliance, and business objectives.. While not acting as the subject-matter expert for every discipline, the Technical Manager must possess strong foundational knowledge of electronics and control systems to guide decision-making, challenge appropriately, and provide technical direction, while relying on specialists within the team for deep technical expertise.
