Owen Daniels are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing business in Coventry is recruiting for a Principle Mechanical Design Engineer with specialist experience in rotating machinery. This is a key technical role within a high-performing design team, focused on delivering complex mechanical systems for demanding industrial applications.

Location: Coventry Salary: Up to £70K + for the right person
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the mechanical design and development of precision-engineered rotating equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, turbines, or gearbox assemblies. Produce detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings (preferably using SolidWorks). Conduct engineering calculations, stress analysis, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
