Occupational Therapist

Sevita is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team and support individuals of all ages and abilities in achieving greater independence in their daily lives. In this role, you will provide occupational therapy services in homes and community settings, partnering closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to create meaningful, achievable goals. You will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions focused on improving activities of daily living, fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, cognition, and community participation. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, you will document care in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and advocate for adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and supports that promote safety and independence. You will educate and coach families and caregivers on strategies to generalize skills in everyday routines, while helping to coordinate services and resources that align with each person’s goals and preferences.
