This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading software development organisation, in delivering scalable bespoke web applications across a range of client environments and industries. The role will support the design, development and delivery of cloud-hosted solutions using Microsoft technologies and Agile delivery methods.
The project needs a consultant who has:
full-stack development experience across C#, TypeScript, HTML/CSS and SQL
exposure to distributed systems and end-to-end software development lifecycles
experience working within Agile delivery environments
ability to contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.
Key services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
developing clean, scalable code to agreed quality standards and timelines
contributing to feature estimation, planning and technical design
owning feature delivery with minimal supervision
reviewing and submitting pull requests across the development lifecycle
supporting feature handover and acceptance testing activities
contributing to architecture and technical decision-making.
Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
commercial experience with C# and TypeScript development
full-stack web application delivery experience
understanding of Agile software development methodologies
ability to communicate effectively within technical delivery teams
legal right to work in the UK.
Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you have:
experience with Azure-hosted solutions and cloud-native technologies
exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation approaches
FinTech sector experience
experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership.
Working Pattern: Hybrid or remote (UK based) with occasional office attendance in Oxford
