We are seeking an experiencedSite Manager to lead two timber-frame housing developments in Sligo. One site is nearing completion, while the second has approximately 85 units remaining. This is a permanent position with long-term stability. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for site operations, customer interaction, coordination with the factory, and ensuring the smooth delivery of all works. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all daily operations across two active housing sites Serve as the primary on-site representative for customers Maintain clear communication between customers and the factory/production team Ensure all works meet required standards for quality, safety, and timelines Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report to management Uphold site compliance, documentation, and health & safety procedures Requirements Experience intimber-frame construction (essential) Understanding of the differences between timber frame and traditional bricklaying Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Ability to manage multiple tasks across two locations Strong organisational and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and proactively What We Offer Permanent contract Opportunity to manage large-scale residential developments Supportive team and structured communication with factory and office Competitive package (can be added if you want to specify salary/benefits)
