An established financial services firm is seeking an ambitious Mortgage Advisor to join its growing team. This role will suit a motivated professional with experience in a brokerage or retail banking environment who wants to progress their career in the Irish mortgage market. Hybrid two days in the office in D6. Excellent earning potential. Key Responsibilities Manage mortgage applications from referral to drawdown Achieve agreed business and performance targets Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures Build relationships with introducers and clients Maintain high accuracy and service standards Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in financial services, brokerage, or retail banking Proven track record of meeting targets Strong customer focus and communication skills Good knowledge of Irish mortgage products and lending processes Understanding of compliance and AML requirements Proficient in MS Office Qualifications QFA (or working towards) essential Skills: QFA APA Mortgage Advisor Mortgage Admin Customer Journey Mortgage Consultant Mortgage Broker Benefits: Mobile Phone Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund Commissions
