Mechanical Site Manager We are recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical works on large-scale Data Centre Project in Frankfurt, Germany. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all mechanical works on site Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and daily site activities As Mechanical Site Manager you will ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety standards Support commissioning, inspections, and project handover Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery Monitor materials, plant, and equipment on site Requirements This Mechanical Site Manager will need 5+ years experience in mechanical site management or installation Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical services Experience on commercial, industrial, or data centre projects An EU Passport is essential for this role Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Relevant mechanical qualification and safety certifications Benefits Salary €75k - €85k DOE Rotation: Two week cycle with company paid flights Accommodation in country plus utilities and bills covered Travel Allowance Performance based annual bonus If you are an Mechanical Site Manager who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
