Senior Sales Executive Commercial Vehicles Overview Our client is a long-established organisation within the commercial vehicle sector, operating across Ireland. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Executive within the automotive industry to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial vehicle sales professional seeking career progression and a new challenge. Travel will be required in line with business needs. This is an onsite based role Key responsibilities include: Selling and sourcing new and used vehicles Building and maintaining relationships with internal workshop teams and external partners Managing relationships with both retail and fleet (B2B) customers Assessing customer requirements to recommend suitable vehicle solutions Developing and executing an LCV sales strategy aligned with overall business growth plans Identifying new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts Delivering sales growth in line with agreed targets and budgets Supporting local marketing initiatives and promotional activities Maintaining accurate records through the CRM system Key requirements A proven track record in Light Commercial Vehicle sales Minimum 3+ years experience within the commercial vehicle industry Strong commercial awareness and credibility A consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales targets A strong customer-focused approach Excellent relationship-building and teamwork skills Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing abilities Experience within motor finance or a related financial services environment Knowledge of relevant financial regulations Strong analytical and numerical skills The ability to prioritise, multitask, and perform under pressure A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills A full, clean driving licence If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
