About the Job Outside Sales

Join a leading European manufacturing company with a legacy spanning over a century. With a global workforce of over 4,000 employees, we have been a dominant force in the European markets and are now embarking on an exciting expansion into the United States. We have recently acquired a Tulsa-based operation to spearhead our growth, presenting a unique opportunity for you to be part of our pioneering team in the U.S. market.

Position Overview:

Position Title: Outside Sales Representative

Industry Focus: Apparel Decoration, Promotional Materials, and Related Print/Textile Sector

Reporting Structure: Initially reports Sales VP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development (80%+ focus on hunting new opportunities).
  • Identify and partner with apparel decorators, distributors, and other relevant channels.
  • Attend 34 trade shows annually; leverage creative lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product to and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain communication with prospective and current clients through phone calls, open houses, and events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors' Degree or relevant experience
  • Industry familiarity (e.g., apparel printing, promo, or textiles) preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to share ideas and thrive with minimal micromanagement.
  • Marketing experience or mindset is a plus
