Glenn Mor Nursing Home Glenn-Mor Routine Service Thomasville GA Support Full Time Day Shift 7am-7pm

Assist RNs and LPNs with meeting the needs of hospitalized patients or nursing home residents

Actively participate in nursing reports by receiving and contributing to status reports of patient/resident

Provide complete and thorough personal care for patients/residents

Take and accurately record vital signs

Assist and accompany the patient in the admission transfer and discharge process while assuring comfort and safety

Promptly and consistently respond to patient/resident needs

Promptly and consistently respond to needs of family members

Complete housekeeping responsibilities such as utility rooms and diet kitchen as needed

Assist with ADLs- personal care feeding bathing and dressing

Provide support to patients and family members

Experience/Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Current Georgia CNA certification required

Previous patient care experience in hospital/nursing home setting preferred
