Leasing Consultant

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our multifamily property management team in Naples, FL. The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in maintaining high occupancy, generating traffic, securing leases, and delivering excellent customer service to prospects and residents.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospects, answer inquiries, and schedule tours of the community.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting community features and benefits to prospective residents.
• Accurately prepare and execute lease documents and related paperwork in compliance with company policies and local laws.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date knowledge of current leasing, occupancy, and market trends.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, email, and text to maximize conversion rates.
• Assist with marketing activities including outreach, social media, resident events, and other initiatives to generate traffic.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and verify qualifying criteria.
• Support the community's resident retention efforts by providing exceptional customer service and handling resident concerns professionally and promptly.
• Participate in weekly leasing meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software systems.
• Perform administrative duties, including filing, reporting, and correspondence related to leasing.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure apartments are market-ready for showings and move-ins.
