Benefits and perks include a $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions (realistic earnings $85K-$150K+). Commissions are 15% on installations, 25% on cash sales, and 10% on service plans. Training guarantee: $1,000/week for 4 weeks while you learn our proven system. You will have 20-25 pre-set appointments weekly from our showroom and digital marketing. You will have a protected territory with 3,000+ homes in exclusive ZIP codes. Average sale ranges from $4,500 (softeners) to $7,500 (whole-home systems). You will receive a company vehicle or $600/month car allowance plus a gas card. Health/dental/vision (company pays 75%), 401(k) with 4% match, and certified water specialist training included ($2,000 value).
Requirements include residential sales experience (home improvement, solar, pest, HVAC preferred) and a valid driver's license, comfortable with evening appointments.
Responsibilities include running 4-5 pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes, performing professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing, designing customized solutions solving real problems (hard water damage, contamination), closing same-day using a consultative approach (full training provided), and generating 2+ referrals per installation through quality service.
