As a Remote Sales Associate, you will work directly with pre-qualified clients through virtual appointments and help guide them through benefit solutions that fit their needs.
Responsibilities include: Conducting virtual consultations via Zoom and phone Explaining benefit options clearly and professionally Assisting clients through the enrollment process Following company systems and training guidelines Maintaining client communication and follow-up Working toward individual and team performance goals • No cold calling • No door-to-door sales • Pre-qualified leads provided FULL TRAINING & CAREER DEVELOPMENT
