Occupational Therapist

CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, in-home rehabilitative care. In this role, you will assess patients’ functional abilities, design personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to enhance independence, safety, and quality of life. You’ll perform home safety assessments, recommend adaptive equipment, and educate patients and caregivers.
