Physical Therapist

Avera Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility for diverse patient populations. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care using EMR systems.
