Physical Therapist

SSM Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for patients across diverse settings. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, provide patient and family education, and document outcomes in our EMR.
