Link Personnel have partnered with our client, a Top Tier Law Firm to hire a receptionist to join their 5 star reception team. The team delivers a first-class experience to every visitor and pride themselves on providing proactive, seamless service that reflects our high-performing, professional environment. As part of the reception team, you will work closely with colleagues across IT, Catering, and Facilities to ensure the smooth running of our offices and the very best experience for our clients. Excellent Salary commensurate with experience Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Life Assurance, Gym on site, Canteen, Bike to Work and Travel Tax Incentives The Role: Welcome and greet all visitors and clients to the building with warmth and professionalism Manage a high volume of telephone calls on a busy switchboard Coordinate internal meeting rooms and catering requirements Assist with planning and coordinating internal events Arrange taxis for colleagues and clients Issue swipe cards to new joiners Handle a variety of administrative responsibilities Respond to email, phone, and in-person queries efficiently The Candidate: At least three years experience in a busy corporate client reception environment Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships A confident, engaging communication style A professional, reliable, energetic, and focused approach to work A proactive, flexible attitude, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Experience coordinating in-house events Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to work within a busy team and shift environment (between 7:45 am and 6:30 pm) If this Corporate Reception Contract sounds like you, call Orla on for details Speak to the Experts with the Direct Link to the Best Reception roles in Ireland Link Personnel
