Our client, a large EV manufacture is looking for a talented Design Engineer to join their team. If you have a passion for mechanical design, problem-solving, and bringing innovative ideas to life, this could be a great opportunity for you. No C2C's need apply Pay for this position $55-65/hr. 100% onsite in Newark, CA 6+ Month Contract ?? What You'll Do:
* Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test mechanical devices such as tools, engines, and machines * Analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to assess feasibility, timelines, and costs * Create and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics * Collaborate with drafters and cross-functional teams to develop structural product designs * Utilize CAD and other engineering software to support product development
?? What You Bring:
* Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team * Proficiency in creating sketches, engineering drawings, and performing standard computations * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and reports * Experience with CAD or similar engineering software

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required) * 5-7 years of relevant experience
