You will oversee the safety protocols of our production lines, ensuring that every product meeting our "standard of excellence" is safe, compliant, and high-quality. This is a high-discipline leadership role where you will be trained to master SQF (Safe Quality Food) principles the gold standard in global food safety. ?? Key Responsibilities
* Tactical Command: Lead a shift-based team of QA technicians to monitor production lines in real-time. * Protocol Enforcement: Oversee Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure food safety standards (temperature, pH, packaging integrity) are met with 100% precision. * SQF Implementation: You will be trained on and eventually lead our SQF program, ensuring the facility is always "audit-ready" for global inspectors. * Data-Driven Audits: Analyze production data to identify trends, reduce waste, and prevent "near-miss" quality issues before they reach the consumer. * Operational Leadership: Act as the bridge between the production crew and senior management, ensuring safety never takes a back seat to speed.
