À propos

In food manufacturing, the "playbook" is everything. One mistake in the production line can impact thousands of families. As our Junior QA Manager, you are the final authority on the floor. You will oversee the safety protocols of our production lines, ensuring that every product meeting our "standard of excellence" is safe, compliant, and high-quality. This is a high-discipline leadership role where you will be trained to master SQF (Safe Quality Food) principles the gold standard in global food safety. ?? Key Responsibilities
* Tactical Command: Lead a shift-based team of QA technicians to monitor production lines in real-time. * Protocol Enforcement: Oversee Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure food safety standards (temperature, pH, packaging integrity) are met with 100% precision. * SQF Implementation: You will be trained on and eventually lead our SQF program, ensuring the facility is always "audit-ready" for global inspectors. * Data-Driven Audits: Analyze production data to identify trends, reduce waste, and prevent "near-miss" quality issues before they reach the consumer. * Operational Leadership: Act as the bridge between the production crew and senior management, ensuring safety never takes a back seat to speed.
?? The Ideal Candidate (Leadership Profile) We prioritize candidates with a background in ROTC, Military Service, or Competitive Athletics . Why? Because you understand that "good enough" is never enough when the mission is on the line.
* Disciplined Execution: You thrive in environments governed by strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Decisive Under Pressure: You aren't afraid to "stop the line" if a safety standard isn't met. You have the backbone to prioritize quality over convenience. * The "Coachable" Professional: You don't need prior food experience; we will provide the technical training. You just need the hunger to learn and the grit to lead. * Team-First Mentality: You know how to motivate a squad to maintain high standards even at the end of a long shift.
?? What's In It For You?
* True Leadership: This isn't a "lab" job; it's a floor-leadership role where you manage people and processes from day one. * Career Trajectory: This position is designed as a fast-track into Plant Management or Corporate Food Safety.
Are you ready to protect the plate? At our facility, we don't just manufacture food; we engineer safety. If you have the discipline of an athlete or the mindset of a military leader, we want to train you for the front lines of food quality. Apply today and begin your path to SQF leadership.
