What You'll Do
- Administrative Support Partner with the Health & Wellness Director to manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and supply tracking.
- Compliance & Records Maintain accurate medical records, monitor staff licensing and training renewals, and ensure documentation meets standards.
- Resident Care Coordination Assist with new resident admissions, establish medical record files, and support orientation.
- Team Support Help onboard new staff members, schedule orientations, and support schedule management.
- Regulatory Reporting Prepare and file incident reports while ensuring compliance with RCFE regulations.
What You Bring
- Experience Minimum of 1 year in an administrative assistant role within a physician's office or similar clinical setting.
- Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational ability, and familiarity with medical terminology.
- Communication Clear and professional English skills, both verbal and written.
- Initiative A motivated self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Wage: $22.00 $24.00/hr., depending on experience
