We're looking for our next great hire: a hungry, sharp, and coachable sales professional ready to grow with us on our acquisitions team.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Austin. You'll spend your days researching motivated homeowners and meeting with sellers face-to-face across Central Texas real relationship-building work that actually moves the needle.

What You'll Earn

  • Base salary + commission structure
  • Realistic first-year earnings of $100,000+
  • Long-term earning potential of $125,000$165,000+
  • No income ceiling your results drive your paycheck

Responsibilities

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This role is a mix of research, strategy, problem-solving, and in-home appointments:

You will:

  • Work from our office to research and locate homeowners on small, highly targeted lists
  • Strategize the best approach to reach each homeowner (this is not mass outreach)
  • Meet homeowners in person at their property to understand their situation
  • Present fair, win-win solutions and guide sellers through the process
  • Follow up consistently and persistently until you get a clear yes or no
  • Work closely with leadership and operations to get deals across the finish line

This role rewards people who enjoy the hunt, can think independently, and don't need constant supervision to perform at a high level.
