Salary Range: $48,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wayland that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and nurture leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective manufacturing clients.
  • Present and demonstrate manufacturing products and solutions virtually.
  • Collaborate with field sales to transition qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Technical aptitude to understand and articulate manufacturing product specifications.
  • Prior experience selling complex, configurable products or engineered solutions.
