Customer Support Representative

This field-based position requires daily travel, working onsite with Millennium Health customers. This is a Customer Support Representative role supporting existing customers and prospecting for new opportunities in the territory. Are you ready to begin a career in healthcare sales and support? Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs.

The Job:

  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers and prospects in the region to uncover new sales opportunities for the Territory Manager.
  • Provide training to clinical staff on sample collection and order processing and deliver in-service training on-site with customers.
  • Plan onsite visits with existing customers to address customer concerns, sample issues, and billing.
  • Develop a working relationship with multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues and share information related to enhancing existing relationships with the customers
