SAP S/4HANA Process Improvement Specialist

As a SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant, you will be responsible for transforming our service processes and solution architecture in SAP S/4HANA. This role contributes to the development and implementation of a global template and work in a service hub for rollout.

• Shape the SAP S/4HANA solution to support global service processes.
• Contribute to the global transformation program from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA.
• Support standardization and simplification of the global process landscape.
• Act as the central IT contact person for business groups in the service area.
• Collaborate with business groups to collect, review, and prioritize business needs in the service area.
• Work closely with internal and external consultants in a dynamic project environment.

For this role, we are looking for someone with profound knowledge of sales and services processes. Experience in implementation and customization of sales and service processes in SAP S/4HANA is also required. Additionally, familiarity with SAP customizing and strong ability to work in an international and cross-functional team is essential. Fluent English language skills are a must.
