The Role

We're hiring a licensed real estate professional to support Ridley customers across buying and selling transactions.

This is not a traditional agent role. You are the expert layer on top of Ridley's software platform. Customers come to you for judgment, negotiation support, and strategic guidance when it matters most.

On the seller side, you'll help customers navigate pricing, offers, negotiations, and closing. On the buyer side, you'll support customers through touring, offer strategy, and contract execution within Ridley's cash-back program.

Compensation is salary-based, creating alignment around customer experience and successful outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Guide sellers from listing through close, including pricing strategy, offer analysis, negotiations, contract management, and closing coordination
  • Support buyers from first tour through closing, including showings, offer preparation, negotiation, and transaction coordination
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers navigating high-stakes decisions
  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and internal operations teams to keep transactions moving efficiently
  • Deliver local market expertise across Boulder, Denver, and the Front Range
  • Communicate proactively so customers always understand status, risks, and next steps
  • Partner closely with product and operations teams to identify friction points and improve the platform over time
  • Help shape how AI and human expertise work together inside a modern real estate experience
What We're Looking For
  • Active Colorado real estate license in good standing
  • 3+ years representing buyers and/or sellers, preferably in a high volume model
  • Strong familiarity with Boulder, Denver metro, and surrounding Front Range markets
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer judgment
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern software workflows
  • High integrity and customer-first decision making
  • Excited about helping build a new model for real estate
