Inside Sales Representative

The Rustman Agency is seeking motivated and personable Inside Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing remote team. You'll work directly with warm leads to educate clients on life insurance options and help them secure financial protection for themselves and their loved ones. You'll be a trusted guide who helps clients make confident decisionsall from the comfort of your home.

In this role you will:

• Engage with inbound leads through phone, text, and virtual meetings
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Build rapport and guide clients through the application process
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships
• Track your progress using our CRM system
• Meet or exceed performance and sales goals
