Field Merchandiser

The Field Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising initiatives at the store level across multiple locations to ensure a consistent, engaging, and on-brand customer experience. This role supports merchandising standards by maintaining planograms, pricing, and point-of-sale materials, while collaborating closely with internal teams and vendor partners. The Field Merchandiser plays a key role in store resets, new store openings, and ongoing merchandising improvements, requiring strong organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executing merchandising projects at store level across multiple outlets
• Ensure all merchandising guidelines are being followed
• Direct communication with various internal departments as well as our vendor partners
• Maintaining planograms, pricing and POS
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Creating/improving merchandising solutions
• Managing time and workload to ensure assigned stores receive continuous support
• Attending/Assisting in multiple planned resets
• Assisting in all New Store opening set up processes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision
• A competitive mindset and the drive to be the best
• Strong Communication, organizational skills and possess a high energy level
• Retail and/or food service experience would be an asset
• A desire to be physically active and work in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

• High School diploma required, University/College is an asset
• A Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 10 hours.
• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in environments with wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels.
