We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing remote sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, performance-based environment.
Candidates must reside in the United States and possess a valid government-issued ID.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and current customers
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for leadership
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
- Must reside in the United States
- Must possess a valid U.S. government-issued ID
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
- Experience selling B2B or B2C solutions in a remote setting
- Familiarity with SaaS, healthcare, finance, staffing, or technology sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
