Location: Remote-- East Coast Hours Duration: 6 Months with possibilities for extension Our client is looking for a UX Designer to support our dynamic and fast-paced, online collaborative learning business with short course programs we've created with top-tier universities. You will help shape and execute on our marketing and technical stack across the company to drive customer experience. The UX Designer should follow a user-centered design process and understand real users their goals, aptitudes, experiences, needs, and motivations. In this role the User Experience Designer will approach design by balancing our members' needs with business goals and technical capabilities. Responsibilities: Lead and Execute on Product Design with site integration with the AI-enabled Learning Platform. Develop and design UX frameworks, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and refined experiences iteratively with a strong foundation in UX and UI principles. Responsible for translating business objectives into intuitive workflows and designs. Design and create user interfaces, mockups and workflows aimed at maximizing user experience. Work with the Development Team to understand which patterns can be implemented and adjust designs accordingly Identify and articulate user needs, build prototypes to test internally and through user research, and refine solutions in the face of data and other findings Ensure UX/UI best practices and drive improvements in designs and methodology. Propose optimizations and creative approaches to systems that can cultivate impact for users' needs. Schedule, QC, and deliver work in its final stages Ideal Job Qualifications: 5-8 years UX/UI experience (preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment) Experience with analytics dashboards Experience in delivering projects on budget, within scope, and on time Demonstrated problem solving skills Excellent collaboration and team building skills. Effectively manage project deadlines and escalate issues as appropriate. Experience in prioritizing tasks and have the ability to identify and action the most efficient solutions. Experience with digital marketing and within the e-commerce space. Experience with JIRA, Adobe, Photoshop, Figma. HTML and CSS knowledge, current on latest responsive design techniques, a plus Be a strategic, creative, pragmatic thinker and problem solver.
