As a CBRE Quality AssuranceManager will be a key member of our operations team and will assist in trainingand quality to ensure worker training skills verification.
What You'llDo:
Deliver a quality trainingexperience to installers.
Inspectall procedures, specification, methods, and results of production andinstallation.
Reviewall project/task records for accuracy and completeness
Ensure that the latest revisionof corporate quality procedures and installation standards are being alwaysused.
Internal audits to verifycompliance to regulation and standards.
Participate in driving the demandplanning process and ensure effective scheduling.
Provide timely and relevantreports and analysis of key trends for managers as required.
Responsible for application ofbest practice.
Comply with all relevant safetyrules, procedures, and guidelines.
What You'llNeed:
Minimum 7-10 years' experience in managing all aspects of projects withinthe low voltage cabling sector.
Proficient with MS Office including MS Excel, word, and email.
Excellent communication skills.
Good understanding of building systems.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the QA/QC Manager position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for the QA/QC Manager position is $140,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
