Graphic Designer
for our Corporate Office in
Lexington, SC .
This position is responsible for assisting with creative design, direction, layout and production of MSA Print Shop materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists with design for company’s marketing collaterals across print, digital and social media platforms. Creates visually compelling designs – from original concept to published document. Manages incoming requests for design submitted from MSA corporate office and local offices. Prepares artwork proofs for group review, obtaining their feedback and final approval. This includes logo designs, flyers, handouts, brochures, booklets, advertisements, newsletters, press releases, presentations and social media graphics. Closely follows branding style guidelines to reinforce visual identity across both internal communications and external channels. Designs materials to support companywide marketing campaigns, national healthcare observances and patient wellness programs. Serves in a “hybrid” capacity between Corporate Marketing team and MSA Print Shop. Ensuring production-ready artwork files meet quality standards and job specifications. Proofreading, typesetting and formatting documents such as medical forms, patient handbooks and admission materials. Regularly consults with Director of Marketing Communications to discuss/define key project objectives and identify effective solutions. Collaborates with various team members (such as Social Media Manager) to help promote local community events. Assists with developing print materials, graphics and online content designed to build new B2B networking opportunities and highlight co-op partnerships within the healthcare industry. Assists with developing print materials, graphics and online content geared towards patient education, employee appreciation and clinical staff recruitment.

What You'll Bring: Associate’s Degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent professional experience) is required Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software applications (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) is required. Online portfolio examples of design work is required. Minimum two years of experience in graphic design, print production and/or marketing communications is preferred. Experience in social media, digital marketing and/or website design is preferred. 6. Must manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines. Must possess the ability to work in a collaborative team setting or independently under minimum supervision. Must demonstrate a “team-first” mentality, energetic attitude and attention to detail.
