Assistant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Par Mar Store 151. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, including managing staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
• Supervise and train store staff
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist with scheduling and payroll

Requirements:

• Previous retail or management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
