Job Description Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working with hardware Outstanding customer service and analytical skills Positive, professional, team player attitude. Strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate. Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Functional knowledge of Apple and Windows Operating Systems. Experience with Microsoft Office products 2+ years' experience managing hardware assets using management tools (SCCM, ServiceNow, Workspace One, SNOW, Flexera, etc.) Proven problem-solving and planning skills Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills A passion for learning new skills and technology *Please note this is an in-office position reporting to 701 Fee Fee Road in Maryland Heights, MO - 5 days a week Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $41,600.00 to $52,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
